50gm nonfat greek yogurt
50gm banana mashed
50gm liquid egg whites
20gm oats ground to powder
30gm vanilla protein powder
50gm frozen or fresh blueberries
pinch baking powder
splash lemon juice
directions
Mix together all ingredients except blueberries. add blueberries and lightly mix.
Pour into mini muffin pan. It should make 4-6.
Bake at 350f for approx 8-11 minutes
