Maple Glazed Doughnut

Macros will vary depending on brands used. This recipe used chobani nonfat greek yogurt, quest protein powder (salted carmel), I can't believe it's not butter, light.

Ingredients:

  • 80 gm Self rising flour

  • 100gm greek nonfat yogurt

  • 20gm protein powder of choice

  • 10gm sweetner of choice

  • 15gm light butter

  • 8gm splenda brown sugar blend

  • 30gm sugar free maple syrup

  • drops maple extract (optional)

Directions:

Mix flour, sweetner, and greek yogurt into soft dough. Divide into 6 parts and rool into long roll and form a "ring" in a doughnut baking pan. Bake at 350f for 13-15min.

Icing:

Soften light butter in microwave. Add SF maple syrup, brown sugar blend, maple extract, and protein powder. Mix and drizzle or spread on the doughnuts.
