Macros will vary depending on brands used. This recipe used chobani nonfat greek yogurt, quest protein powder (salted carmel), I can't believe it's not butter, light.

Ingredients:
80 gm Self rising flour
100gm greek nonfat yogurt
20gm protein powder of choice
10gm sweetner of choice
15gm light butter
8gm splenda brown sugar blend
30gm sugar free maple syrup
drops maple extract (optional)
Directions:
Mix flour, sweetner, and greek yogurt into soft dough. Divide into 6 parts and rool into long roll and form a "ring" in a doughnut baking pan. Bake at 350f for 13-15min.
Icing:
Soften light butter in microwave. Add SF maple syrup, brown sugar blend, maple extract, and protein powder. Mix and drizzle or spread on the doughnuts.
