we can design a plan for you that you do on your own using the equipment you have available. this would include 2 weeks worth of personal training sessions to ensure you are comfortable with the movements.
online diet coaching
do you want to change your body composition or lost some body fat?
we can help you learn how to eat for your goals. this would include helping you plan your diet in a way that is sustainable and sensible. you would complete weekly check-ins to determine how you are progressing and any struggles. this coaching is custom to you and your needs.
you will have accountabililty to your coach, but the freedom to chose the foods you want to eat.
online fitness coaching
want to workout on your own, but need a plan and accountability?
we can create you a custom plan based on your goals and equipment available. it would include weekly check in’s with a coach to evaluate how you are feeling, progressing, and any struggles you may be having.
this pairs well with online diet coaching if you are looking to change your body composition. you need to have a basic foundation of working out with weights and machines to use this program.
