  • 50gm nonfat greek yogurt

  • 50gm canned pumpkin

  • 50gm liquid egg whites

  • 10ml sugar free syrup

  • 20gm oats ground into powder

  • 20gm chocolate protein powder

  • 10gm baking cocao

  • pinch of salt

  • pinch of baking powder

  • 10gm mini chocolate chips

directions

Mix together all ingredients. Pour into desired baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. 

Bake at 350:

6x4 glass dish around 20-22 min
Mini-muffin pan around 8-10 min
