50gm canned pumpkin
50gm liquid egg whites
10ml sugar free syrup
20gm oats ground into powder
20gm chocolate protein powder
10gm baking cocao
pinch of salt
pinch of baking powder
10gm mini chocolate chips
directions
Mix together all ingredients. Pour into desired baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
