ingredients

  • 50gm fat free greek yogurt

  • 50gm canned pumpkin

  • 50gm liquid egg whites

  • 10gm sugar free maple syrup

  • 20gm chocolate protein powder

  • 20gm oats ground to flour

  • 10gm cocoa powder

  • pinch baking powder

  • pinch salt

  • 15gm powdered peanut butter

directions

Mix all ingredients except powdered peanut butter together. Pour into small baking dish (4x6, or 2 mini cake size). Bake 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool. If one piece, cut in half. 
Mix powdered peanut butter with water to a thick, frosting-like consistency. Add sweetener if desired. Spread on cake and assemble like a sandwich.
