ingredients
50gm fat free greek yogurt
50gm canned pumpkin
50gm liquid egg whites
10gm sugar free maple syrup
20gm chocolate protein powder
20gm oats ground to flour
10gm cocoa powder
pinch baking powder
pinch salt
15gm powdered peanut butter
directions
Mix all ingredients except powdered peanut butter together. Pour into small baking dish (4x6, or 2 mini cake size). Bake 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool. If one piece, cut in half.
Mix powdered peanut butter with water to a thick, frosting-like consistency. Add sweetener if desired. Spread on cake and assemble like a sandwich.
