Pumpkin Bars with cream cheese icing

Calories: 270

protein: 36 grams

carbs: 22 grams

fat: 3 grams

Cake:

50 grams nonfat greek yogurt
50 grams canned pumpkin
50 grams liquid egg whites
20 grams oats ground into powder
20 grams vanilla protein powder
pinch of baking powder
generous dash of pumpkin pie spice
small dash of cinammon

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and pour into small baking dish (I used 6"x4" glass) and bake at 350 for approximately 20-24 min.  Let cool.

icing:

20 grams fat free cream cheese softened or whipped cream cheese
10 grams vanilla protein powder
splash of any type of milk

directions:

Mix together until desired consistency and spread over the cake. Cut into bars. Then eat the whole batch because it's only 270 calories!
