why do i need personal training?

Personal training offers something no other means of fitness instruction does, the personal aspect. Everyone is unique in their abilities and knowledge base regarding fitness, and a good personal trainer will work with you wherever you are on the fitness spectrum to maximize results.

Who is personal training good for?

·       Someone new to working out who doesn’t have prior knowledge of exercises.

·       Someone with a specific goal whether it be getting stronger in specific lifts, stronger to perform better in sports, or change body composition to look different.

·       Someone who doesn’t enjoy working out and needs to be “told what to do.”

·       Someone who needs accountability and an extra push to work hard.

·       Someone who is intimidated by the gym and could use some help building their confidence.

·       Anyone!

Personal training takes the guesswork out of trying to decide what to do at the gym. Instead of feeling overwhelmed by all the machines available, you will work with someone who has a specific plan for YOUR goals and needs. Plus, we all have limited time in our day. If you are going to work out, it better be the most effective and efficient use of your time. A personal trainer will make sure you are not wasting your time on exercises that are not effective or necessary. You will get in, work hard, and go about your day feeling strong and accomplished!
